The food is always really good here! My favorite pho place. Most of the menu has gluten-free options too.
Service is where it's hit-or-miss. We usually order takeout. We learned not to place an order in advance unless it was ASAP because they would make it immediately even though the pickup was for 2 hours later. Last time we came, we dined in. Only two other tables, but our server would disappear for a long time. Had to ask twice for a pho container, but they were quick with bringing dessert and the check!
