About Us
In Vietnamese, the word Mẹ means mother. Hello Mẹ began as a heartfelt tribute to a loving mom who left too soon, originally named Phở Mẹ in her honor. Today, our restaurant continues that legacy as a celebration of all mothers and mother figures — whether present with us or remembered in spirit.

Never a bad meal or seevice here! I love coming to eat here!
The waitress did a wonderful job with making sure we had everything we needed. She also made recommendations on what I should order instead to get a full experience rather than side dishes that would be basic.
She even asked if we needed to know how to eat the food and made sure to ask if we were ok with how some things would taste.
Lovely establishment quiet and delicious.
Service is where it's hit-or-miss. We usually order takeout. We learned not to place an order in advance unless it was ASAP because they would make it immediately even though the pickup was for 2 hours later. Last time we came, we dined in. Only two other tables, but our server would disappear for a long time. Had to ask twice for a pho container, but they were quick with bringing dessert and the check!
